Returns Policy

There is a refund period of 3 days after receiving the product, if the reason specified is: Customer will have to bring the purchased product to the showroom or mentioned location. There will be no service to pick up the goods from the customer at any time.

  • Dead On Arrival (This means that if the product is damaged during delivery)
  • Faulty, does not match key features in online description
  • Order Error
  • Received Wrong Item or Quantity
  • In the above cases, there will be no hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees
FOR AUTHORIZED DEALER PRODUCTS

Customer will have to bring the purchased product to the showroom or mentioned location. There will be no service to pick up the goods from the customer at any time.

  • There is a replacement period of 7 days if the reason specified is:
  • Dead On Arrival (This means that if the product is damaged during delivery)
  • Faulty, does not match key features in online description
  • Order Error
  • Received Wrong Item or Quantity
  • In the above cases, there will be no hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees.
FOR IMITATIONS:

Customers will have to visit the showroom in order to purchase the imitations. For the imitations that have been requested by the customer for delivery, there will be no claims or refund given for any of the imitations for any damages.

FOR CLOTHING:

Customer will have to bring the purchased product to the showroom or mentioned location. There will be no service to pick up the goods from the customer at any time.

  • A refund will be allowed if there is a defect or damage in the product.
  • Faulty, does not match key features in online description
  • Order Error
  • Received Wrong Item or Quantity
  • In the above cases, there will be no hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees.
EXCHANGES

Customer will have to bring the purchased product to the showroom or mentioned location. There will be no service to pick up the goods from the customer at any time.

  • A problem with the size ??? You have 3 days to change the size
  • If no exchange is possible for the reason specified above, a refund will be given.
  • However, a refund or exchange will not be possible if
  • The product has been washed
  • Tags have been removed.
FOR CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS (ONLINE OR AT STORE)

Please note that refunds can only be made back to the card used to make the payment. Please check your statement after 7 to 10 working days to find your refund. If the refund doesn’t appear after 10 days, please email us immediately to support@onestop.lk

MAKING A CLAIM

• To make a claim you must • Customer will have to bring the purchased product to the showroom or mentioned location. • There will be no service to pick up the goods from the customer at any time. • Provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or similar proof that the item was purchased from us. • Describe accurately the problem you have encountered and provide evidence (e.g. a photograph) to support your claim • State whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit

Free Items or Promotional items will not carry any Warranty. There will be no refunds or any returns accepted after the purchase has been made via any mode ( online/ cash / credit card / COD). There will be a minimum amount of purchase value for the delivery to be free or delivery charges may apply ( irrelevant to location ).

14 Days money Back guarantee. (Change of Mind)

Customer will have to bring the purchased product to the showroom or mentioned location. There will be no service to pick up the goods from the customer at any time.

• The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the approve date. Where possible, the product must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that were delivered with the product.

• Anything exceeding the period of 14 calendar days will not be exchanged at any cost.

We reserve the right to test any returned product, and to ask you to demonstrate that the problem with the product was not your fault. After the product has been returned a final decision on granting the claim will be our management.

Where it is agreed that the claim is valid a replacement or repaired product will be returned to you at our expense. Where upon receipt of the returned product we determine that the product did comply with the warranties and conditions and the condition of the product was misrepresented to us by you, the expense for the return of the product to us and the expense of returning the product to you will be deducted from your account as well as a handling and administration fee.

REFUNDS OR CREDIT

• Where a warranty claim is granted any refund will include all delivery and related costs for the product. Where a non-warranty claim is granted any refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will exclude all related costs. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you.

REPLACEMENT

• Where a replacement is agreed to after a warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at our expense after we have received your returned product. Where a non-warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at your expense.
